| The best way to review a builder,
is to see their work first hand.
Our Open House days allow you to see for yourself the quality of
construction in the homes we build. The homes are in various
stages of construction from rough framing to partially finished.
Typically, homes are shown at least twice during construction.
Once when framed, and again after drywall.
On occasion, we have a home completely finished for walk-
through, showcasing the customer's personal finish choices.
Open House days are on Saturday's and Sunday's from
12-4pm. Cumberland's experienced staff is on site during each
Open House to answer any questions.

February 21-24 visit our booth at the Capital Home Show,
Chantilly Expo Center.
March 22, 23 & 24 at the Washington, D.C. Convention Center
September 26, 27 & 28 at the Chantilly Expo Center
May 2 & 3, 2009 - Open House in Great Falls, VA.
